The LCP project of Suzhou Huihua Enterprise Management Consulting Company has been iterating for 8 years, continuously delivering seeds of management talent to Beautiful.

On March 13th, at 7 AM, the Beautiful conference room opened for the LCP8 project launch meeting, attended by General Manager Mr. Huang and Deputy General Manager Mr. Gao, along with alumni from previous LCP classes. Participants included members from the sales department, the quality department, those experiencing leadership training for the first time, and those continuing their studies after previous learning.

Before the meeting, the Human Resources Department put in a lot of effort into the preparations, repeatedly planning and creating the meeting PPT: from the origin of LCP, project introduction, to messages from alumni, team formation, as well as learning systems and requirements for showcasing learning outcomes, all were explained in detail. This gave the trainees a preliminary understanding of LCP, making their goals and directions for effort clearer during the learning process.

I hope the students of Class 8 will study hard and deeply understand the leadership course in the coming sessions, and after a year, become individuals in the organization who "teach, impart knowledge, and resolve doubts," shining brightly at Beautiful.
