This week, a 3-day TPS training was launched, and the summary meeting for the third phase of the Lean Production consulting project was also successfully held.

The Toyota Production System (TPS) was created by Taiichi Ohno, the vice president of Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. It is a unique modern production method of Toyota. It has adapted to the development of the times and changes in the market, undergoing more than 20 years of exploration and improvement, gradually forming and developing into a relatively complete system of production management techniques and methods today, including management philosophy, production organization, logistics control, quality management, cost control, inventory management, site management, and site improvement.

As the global automotive industry enters a new stage of diversified market demand, the requirements for quality are also increasing, which presents a new challenge for the manufacturing industry: only by effectively organizing multi-variety, small-batch production and avoiding a series of resource waste such as equipment, personnel, inventory, and capital caused by overproduction can enterprises maintain their competitive ability. Since 2007, the company has been closely cooperating with consulting firms such as Huahua and Aiyi, whether it is the strategic seminar held every three years, the annual workshop, or the monthly lean production training, which not only clarifies the direction for Beautiful's growth but also safeguards the company's upgrade.
