In the golden autumn of October, on a sunny weekend, some members of Beautiful were full of spirit and spontaneously organized to watch the movie "Leap". After watching the movie, everyone was filled with emotions, so let's quickly share everyone's feelings:

Impression 1:

The spirit of the women's volleyball team is a response and answer to the times. At this moment, the macro context clearly shows the "time" and "situation" we are in — this is a time when the current is getting stronger and the road is getting steeper, and it is also a time when it becomes increasingly difficult and dangerous to advance, and we must move forward or fall back. With challenges ahead and burdens on our shoulders, we must climb the slope and overcome obstacles. Facing the unknown journey, Coach Lang once said powerfully: "We must play with spirit and pride for our country; our only goal is to raise the national flag and play the national anthem." In the end, Coach Lang's promise was fulfilled. However, the journey from promise to fulfillment was not easy and could not be achieved with mere fanfare; it relied on the spirit of unity, cooperation, and hard work to make the vision a reality. In the new era, what we need is this kind of strength.

Impression 2:

1. Without you, without me, only us!

2. Only by fighting can we win!

3. You don't have to become me; you just have to be yourself!

"Leap" has many classic lines that linger in the mind, but what moved me the most was the moment the national anthem played; it was so shocking and stirring, a spirit and a sentiment! Great undertakings require great spirits, and great spirits support great dreams!

Impression 3:

In "Leap", after Coach Lang took over as the women's volleyball coach, she implemented a series of reforms using scientific methods. This strategy allowed the women's volleyball team to achieve a comeback in the Rio competition. Of course, this process was inseparable from Coach Lang's meticulous planning on the court, leveraging the complementary strengths of team members, and the team's tacit cooperation and hard work. Coach Lang told the players that as long as there is a 1% chance, they must put in 100% effort. You will find that all impossibilities become possible. In the past eight years, we at Beautiful have also gone from nothing to something, from you, me, and him to the current team. From this, we can learn their spirit of hard work and never giving up, and learn Coach Lang's innovative spirit of vigorous reform. Is the next ten-year goal for Beautiful still far from us?

Impression 4:

"Leap" not only showcases the spirit of unity and hard work of the older generation of the women's volleyball team but also depicts how the team, after five consecutive championships, fell into a low point and timely introduced advanced scientific technology and international sports management models. By adhering to the principle of strengthening the country through science, they cultivated a new generation of nearly all-around female volleyball players, successfully rebounding under the leadership of an excellent coach and once again standing on the world championship podium, creating a legendary "Chinese women's volleyball spirit" in sports. I believe that we at Beautiful will also unite and collaborate closely under the leadership of General Manager Jiang and General Manager Huang, working together to build a new chapter for BTF in the next ten years.

Impression 5:

I saw the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team, who dare to fight and give their all in every training and competition. The movie has many keywords: "Only by fighting can we win; no champion wins with a smile; without you, without me, only us..." In this process, we cultivate a strong inner self. With this strength, we can overcome the hardships of training and psychological barriers.

Think clearly about why you exist in this collective, whether out of love or under pressure. Since you are here, you should prove yourself with real talent and hard work, achieving your own success. Seize the day and do not waste your youth! Not giving up is the true spirit of Beautiful!

Impression 6:

Thirty years ago, the women's volleyball team lacked hardware conditions and relied on more sweat and hardship to achieve success; in 2016, the women's volleyball team won the championship with more scientific selection and management methods, absorbing external support and utilizing advanced technical analysis and tactical play. Beautiful is the same; in the first eight years, everyone relied more on personal effort and a lot of hard work to create miracles. I believe that in the next ten years, under the leadership of General Manager Jiang and General Manager Huang, through timely adjustments to tactical play, continuous innovation, and always adhering to the spirit of unity and hard work of the women's volleyball team, we will definitely reach new heights!

Impression 7:

The most impressive line is: "Why can the cup hold water?"

"Because it is empty."

Only when it is empty can it hold more things. Therefore, we need to continuously accept new things that suit us, clear away unsuitable things, and empty the cup. Through this process, we can understand what we truly want and what we need to do to become better. Just like us at Beautiful, we have been continuously adjusting over the years, breaking management models, all for better survival. Only through continuous reform can we adapt to changes in the environment. I hope that in the future, Beautiful can create a beautiful myth!

Impression 8:

The spirit of the women's volleyball team in "Leap" is a national spirit that is fearless, unyielding, and resilient, especially in the most difficult moments, demonstrating tenacity and courage, with a high degree of team synergy and efficient collaboration, forgetting personal gains and losses for the sake of team goals. There are many aspects worth summarizing and learning from. Along the way, there have been peaks and valleys; honors and ridicule; hardships and gains; sweat and tears, but the unwavering determination in their hearts is their faith to surpass everything. Continuously solidifying the foundation, daring to innovate, and challenging oneself has created one miracle after another.

Looking back at the eight years of Beautiful's bumpy journey, we have laid a certain foundation in the industry, achieved some phased successes, and also made some irreversible mistakes; we have developed some resilience but also carried some heavy burdens. I hope that in the next ten years, we can let go of our burdens, re-examine ourselves, boldly initiate reforms, with a more open mindset, more scientific management, and a more excellent team, combined with our previous spirit of unity, hard work, innovation, and efficient collaboration, we will forge ahead together and create the legendary myth of BTF in the next decade.

The role of a role model is to lead, and the power of spirit is infinite. Each of us should be like the women’s volleyball players, where every position is a competitive arena, and we should embody the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team: "Every point is fought for, every ball is played with tenacity."
