Coffee, sweetened with sugar; spring, filled with the fragrance of flowers; the world, adorned with your beauty; BTF, relying on your hard work. As International Women's Day approaches, let us admire the grace of the women of Beautiful.
Production Department Fenru:
Fenru, a new resident of Changzhou, has left her hometown to settle down in Changzhou, starting a family, which is not easy at all. She has dedicated the best years of her life to Beautiful and the production department. She is diligent and hardworking, dedicated to her job, nurturing a batch of excellent team leaders, contributing significantly to the company's talent pool.

Quality Department Lao Xu:
Lao Xu, she is not old at all, but in Beautiful, she is a veteran. She is one of the first three members of the Beautiful team. The IATF16949 system documentation of Beautiful was established by her, and she personally trained the first batch of employees. She is fully responsible for the system audits of Beautiful. Her understanding of Beautiful is like a mother’s understanding of her child.

Production Department Sister Xie:
Sister Xie has witnessed and written the story of BTF's growth and success. Every order, every sample, every meter of fabric in Beautiful's eight years comes from her coordination and arrangement. No matter how many orders there are or how urgent they are, she has never been disorganized or delayed a single delivery. In the production department, which has the most staff, Sister Xie works tirelessly day and night, dedicated to her responsibilities, and everyone sees it.

Production Department Xiao Ling:
Xiao Ling, as a mother, treats the factory as her home, fully devoted to her work, just to ensure the final quality control of production and to deliver the best product quality for Beautiful, establishing a good reputation for Beautiful. As a team leader, she leads by example; whenever the team faces difficulties, whether it’s urgent orders or needing to work overtime, she willingly stays at her post, completing the tasks assigned by the organization without fail. With a smile, she works steadily and beautifully, and there are many more Xiao Lings in the Beautiful workshop.

Quality Department Xiao Fu:
Xiao Fu, another veteran of Beautiful. She has worked as a machine operator, a warehouse clerk, and in sales, and now she works in the quality department. This petite mother of two boys is a versatile worker. Wherever the company needs her, she goes, and no matter which position she is in, she performs her duties diligently, being recognized as an outstanding individual every year. This truly reflects the saying: "Women are inherently weak, but become strong when they are mothers."

Marketing Department Nana:
Nana has been with Beautiful for seven years, known as the first sister, a woman who stands shoulder to shoulder with men. Among many male colleagues in the marketing department, she has never backed down. Whenever there is a problem with clients, she is always available, providing solutions within two hours, which is the promise of Beautiful people. Serving clients, she often drives alone on empty highways at midnight. As a mother herself, I deeply appreciate her strength and the challenges she faces.

Finance Department Xiao Wu:
Xiao Wu, a mother born in the 90s, stepped into Beautiful right after leaving school, transforming from a young girl into a wife and mother, and she is loyal to Beautiful. She has always worked in finance, being meticulous and efficient, making her a key player in the finance department, highly praised by leaders, with unlimited potential for development.

Human Resources Department Aunt Guo:
The company’s cleaning lady, she works tirelessly and selflessly, going wherever support is needed. If the cafeteria needs help, she goes to the cafeteria to pick vegetables, wash them, and serve dishes; if the ecological park needs weeding or planting, she is a great hand; if the workshop cleaning lady is absent, she steps in, running around without fear of hardship or fatigue, always ready to help. This spirit of being a dedicated worker is also part of Beautiful's corporate culture, and there are many more partners like her who contribute silently.

On this International Women's Day, the company has prepared a gift for every queen, thanking you for using your gentle strength to support half of Beautiful. We send our best wishes to the queens, wishing you smooth work and a happy family!
