A year's plan starts in spring. February, a colorful season; February, a season for sowing. Let's open our arms together to welcome the arrival of our new partners, Beautiful.

Organized by the Human Resources Department and executed by the Production Department, a one-day orientation training for new employees was held on February 26. The new employees participating in this training are all frontline operators, totaling 6 people.

The Human Resources Department prepared a set of learning materials for each new employee and arranged for three department heads to train them on factory rules and regulations, production precautions, product quality standards, and more. Subsequently, the production department's team leader will conduct pre-job training using specialized training equipment until they pass the assessment and receive a certificate, allowing these new partners to work with certification.

The orientation training is like a window, an important channel for new employees to understand and integrate into the company. The company provides a platform for employee development and encourages and supports their career growth. It is hoped that all new employees can quickly integrate into the work team through this learning experience, realize their value in their positions, strive for progress, follow the company's development pace, work together, and achieve their dreams!
