It also made me understand why the first principle of the Jinggangshan spirit is steadfast belief. I believe that our previous successes at Beautiful were also driven by the hard work that comes from belief. Finally, in the drizzling April, I arrived at this sacred place, which is different from other bustling tourist spots, appearing quiet and solemn. The red journey is even filled with a sense of worship and awe. Detached from our original environment, the comfort and tranquility here provide more space for reflection and imagination. Conducting the fourth round of stock reform here and marking the beginning of BTF's next decade holds significant historical meaning. Listening to the tour guide recount moving stories of the red revolution, I felt a surge of passionate ideals and beliefs. I gained a deeper understanding of the Jinggangshan spirit of 'firm belief, hard work, seeking truth from facts, daring to forge new paths, relying on the masses, and being brave in victory.' This is so similar to our company's entrepreneurial journey. During the past three days in Jinggangshan, the most frequently heard phrase was 'the spirit of Jinggangshan.' What is the spirit of Jinggangshan? My understanding is that it is the spirit of hard work, the spirit of holding onto beliefs, and the spirit of being able to win battles. Upon reflection, I found that BTF is indeed very similar to the Communist Party organization in Jinggangshan. To clarify my thoughts, after returning, I reviewed some books and found that what was written in them coincided with my thoughts. The great achievements of the founding of the Party and the entrepreneurial journey of BTF resonate with each other.

 

First, the spirit gathers people - using core values to lead everything. Only with a shared value can we walk together and go far. Second, ideological education - letting values take root and flourish. Values are concepts that need to be promoted and communicated layer by layer to the production front line. Here, the Communist Party of China raised the first flag of independent leadership of the Chinese revolution, pioneering a revolutionary path with Chinese characteristics. Based on my personal work experience, I would like to share the following insights: First, understanding the flattening of the organization helps us go further.
