——Beautiful Employee Dormitory Upgrade and Renovation

Beautiful focuses on people, cares for employees, and uses employee satisfaction as a measure of corporate development. We are committed to building a growth platform and enriching employees' cultural lives, which not only retains talent but also stimulates the motivation to 'serve customers'.

      Beautiful has long provided free accommodation and meals for employees. As employees of Beautiful, we are fortunate and incredibly happy. Given that the dormitory was renovated ten years ago, the previous facilities can no longer meet the needs of our young partners today. To improve the accommodation environment, the company has decided to uniformly plan and upgrade the dormitory hardware facilities.

       Without affecting the normal accommodation of current residents, we will upgrade the dormitories in batches, aiming to complete the renovation of all dormitories within six months.

The newly renovated dormitories are completely refreshed, with rooms that are brighter, cleaner, and tidier. Each dormitory is uniformly equipped with water heaters and air conditioning, new curtains, and the original bunk iron beds have been replaced with solid wood beds. The current accommodation standard is what we call high-end renovation.

      We firmly believe that only when our partners eat with peace of mind and live comfortably can they work with peace of mind. Only by fully dedicating themselves to their work can we ensure the quality of our products. The accommodation and meals of our partners are closely related to BTF, and we must increase our investment in both human and financial resources.
