On the afternoon of March 1, 2019, the Beautiful365 monthly management meeting for February was held as scheduled.

At this meeting, the Human Resources Department provided a more detailed explanation of the relevant incentive systems and meeting processes. Each time, all partners will present their notebook records, and the group leaders will vote to select three outstanding groups. Congratulations to the Practical Team, Main Team, and Special Operations Team for winning the first, second, and third prizes of the February daily management team, respectively, and receiving honor certificates and rewards.

In addition, each team summarized and categorized the highlights, shortcomings, or confusions of February, as well as the improvement points for the next month, recording them on large white paper, which will be posted in their respective offices after the meeting to constantly remind the partners.
