The team leaders in the production weaving and shaping workshops are teaching the new partners how to thread yarn, tie knots, identify defects, and operate equipment. After a few days of learning, the partners have gradually gotten the hang of it.

Today, under the joint organization of the HR and production departments, all thirty-five new partners gathered at the company basketball court. Supervisor Wu, the safety officer, conducted a live demonstration of fire-fighting equipment for the partners. The new partners practiced how to use fire extinguishers and fire hoses one by one. The goal is to instill a safety-first awareness in all partners, ensuring that the new partners can use the simplest fire-fighting equipment.
