On the first day of March, Beautiful held the monthly all-company morning meeting as usual.

On this early spring morning, which was warm yet still chilly, at 7:45, all employees of Beautiful stood in front of the flag-raising platform at the company entrance. The security guards, dressed in deep blue uniforms and wearing snow-white gloves, stood proudly in a row. Under the unified command of the security captain, all partners quickly formed ranks and counted off, and then, amidst the solemn national anthem, the bright five-star red flag slowly rose in the Beautiful factory area. This solemn flag-raising ceremony elevated the spirit of Beautiful people once again. This is a true reflection of the company's long-standing advocacy for humane management and military-style execution.

Next, it was time to reward various incentives for the completion of last month's goals. First, Chairman Jiang distributed WeChat red envelopes to the partners, with an average of 100 yuan per person, which astonished the new members who joined the team this year. General Manager Huang awarded certificates and cash red envelopes to the outstanding employees selected weekly and monthly, and also awarded cash red envelopes for frontline employees with no major quality complaints, as well as other cash bonuses. This way of awarding reignited the passion and aspirations of the new partners.

The monthly morning meeting is also a sacred moment to present the common goal of all employees for the month—the sales target. The long banner, eye-catching numbers, and precise goals remind every Beautiful person to remember this target, strive for it throughout the month, and sign their names on the banner, silently making their own commitments. Finally, the banner for last month's target achievement was raised, and all Beautiful people took a group photo.

In our unique way, Beautiful people are striving to achieve the goals set for each year and month, writing a new history. We believe that this group of dream chasers will surely realize the dreams in our hearts.
