August 1, 2022, marks the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. They are writing a magnificent chapter of the motherland's vast territory with their youth in the plateau, on the barren mountains, in the vast sky, and on the high seas. Today, the Jiangsu Beautiful R&D Center was officially established, and a group of vibrant young people in the R&D department will use their wisdom to compose the song of Beautiful leading the special fabric industry.

Manager Cui from the R&D department shared the various hardships and touching stories experienced by team members during the establishment of the R&D center, as well as the collaboration and support from other departments, vividly reflecting the entrepreneurial spirit and fighting spirit of Beautiful people.

At the awarding ceremony, General Jiang inspired the Beautiful R&D team with the story of Huawei's rise, encouraging them to face difficulties without fear, to forge ahead, to explore, to innovate, and to boldly open a new chapter for Beautiful.

In the new R&D center exhibition hall, we can clearly see the R&D achievements of Beautiful over the past decade, the milestones of projects conquered, the clients and automotive brands served, the universities collaborated with, and we can also see the future research directions and development topics.

In the sample workshop, we have the industry's top weaving robots and testing equipment customized by BTF. At the launch ceremony, the developers activated the equipment for the first time on-site and sealed the woven fabric samples, signing for commemoration.

To celebrate this joyous day, General Huang cut a cake for the R&D center. General Huang encouraged everyone to become a fighter: only a life of struggle can be called a happy life. The sea does not lack a drop of water, the forest does not lack a tree, the unit does not lack a person, but your family lacks a person who can hold their head high, lacks a person who can provide a good life for their family, lacks a person who strives for their dreams. No one cares about your downfall, no one cares about your low spirits, no one cares about your loneliness, but everyone looks up to your brilliance. Besides success, what can prove your existence? Without a backer, you are the mountain; without a world, you create the world; without capital, you earn capital. Living means opening roads when encountering mountains and building bridges when meeting water. The benefit of hard work is: do not be left with nothing but tears when your parents need you; do not be left with nothing but shame when your children need you; do not look back at the past and find nothing but regret.

No innovation, no R&D; no struggle, no life. New journey, new equipment, new team. I believe the establishment of the Beautiful R&D Center will surely assist Beautiful in its new round of takeoff.
