Jiangsu BTF New Materials Co., Ltd. has designated July as Beltford Quality Month every year.
In this Quality Month event, the company adhered to the corporate culture of "creating a better enterprise and sharing the fruits of harvest", and organized all employees to participate in quality improvement activities.

In order to keep up with changes in international quality requirements and provide better and more professional services to customers, the Quality Department has organized specialized training on quality knowledge.

The quality department has also carefully produced quality promotional videos, which are played repeatedly in the company cafeteria, so that employees can cultivate quality awareness while dining.
The Quality Department has also set up a Q&A session related to quality knowledge. Partners can enter the Q&A session by scanning the QR code on WeChat. Finally, ten outstanding quality benchmarks were selected through evaluation. The Quality Department Manager held an award ceremony for the winning employees at the early morning meeting of all employees on August 1st.

In the workshop, the quality department has also set up two defect recognition and judgment stations, and our partners will also participate to win rewards.
In Quality Month, the Quality Department also invited Beltford's suppliers to the company site for quality reporting and quality improvement planning.

Through a series of training and practice, employees not only improved their skills, but also enhanced their awareness of the importance of product quality.
