In order to further enhance the awareness of legal risks, at 8 am on July 14th, the company specially hired a team of lawyers from Jiangsu Huadong Law Firm to conduct training on legal knowledge related to the "confidentiality agreement" for key employees of our company. Based on actual cases, the lawyer explained the meaning, necessity, classification, form, content, criminal responsibility, legal basis, precautions, etc. of the confidentiality agreement, and answered the questions raised by the employees. This training has achieved the expected purpose, enabling the majority of employees to increase their knowledge of confidentiality agreements. It is understood that this type of training will continue in the future, and the company's human resources department will hire lawyers to conduct other legal knowledge training based on the actual situation of the company to continuously improve employees' risk awareness. In the next step, the company will establish a sound legal risk prevention system, and will run legal risk prevention throughout the entire process of business management.
