On November 4th, two teachers from Suzhou Huihua Enterprise Management Consulting Company spread the knowledge of OD project to the company's middle and senior managers in the multifunctional conference hall on the third floor of the company. Mr. Raymond explained the basic concepts of organization development in a simple way, and combined with our company's own characteristics, analyzed our company's organizational development path.
