On August 10th, during this hot summer vacation, we welcomed the fifth Family Sharing Day of Jiangsu Beautiful.

 

 

This year, we were fortunate to invite outstanding stars from the front line of the company, key team leaders, and family members of new office stars to enter Beautiful and experience the working environment of the company where their family members work.

At 3:30 PM, family members arrived at the company one after another. Everyone took a short break, took photos in the lobby on the first floor, and enjoyed some fruit snacks to get an initial impression of Beautiful.

 

 

Following that, family members visited the company's sample exhibition hall, production workshop, and R&D center, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of Beautiful. In this unbearable heat, the children deeply realized the difficulties of their parents' work, while the elderly experienced the clean and beautiful working environment and felt reassured about their children's work.

 

 

After the factory tour, the guests came to the company conference room, where Mr. Jiang introduced the company's corporate culture and strategic development to the family members. During this segment, even the kindergarten children sat attentively and listened carefully, which was truly wonderful.

 

 

Finally, the special guests gathered with all the partners of Beautiful in the company auditorium to participate in the Beautiful semi-annual sharing meeting, once again immersing themselves in the corporate culture of Beautiful, experiencing the enthusiasm of Beautiful people and the special sharing culture at the event.

 

 

Beautiful always adheres to the concept of "co-creation and sharing," integrating care and love for employees into corporate development: distributing holiday gifts during important festivals such as International Women's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Spring Festival, sending "coolness" in the heat, "warmth" in the cold, and organizing family days during the summer...
