Jiangsu Beautiful New Materials Co., Ltd. has designated July each year as Beautiful Quality Month.

During this Quality Month event, the company upholds the corporate culture of "Creating a Better Enterprise Together, Sharing the Harvest Results," and organized all employees to participate in quality improvement activities.

In order to keep up with the changes in international quality requirements and to better and more professionally serve customers, the Quality Department specifically organized training on quality professional knowledge.

The Quality Department also carefully produced a quality promotional video, which is played in a loop in the company cafeteria, so that employees can cultivate their quality awareness while dining.

The Quality Department also set up a Q&A related to quality knowledge, where partners can scan the QR code via WeChat to enter the Q&A session. Ultimately, through evaluation, ten outstanding quality benchmarks were selected, and the manager of the Quality Department held an award ceremony for the winning employees at the all-staff morning meeting on August 1.

In the workshop, the Quality Department also set up two stations for defect identification and judgment, where our partners can participate and win rewards.

During Quality Month, the Quality Department also invited Beautiful's suppliers to the company site for quality reporting and quality improvement planning.

Through a series of training and practice, employees not only improved their skills but also enhanced their understanding of the importance of product quality.

In addition, the company received multiple honors in 2023, including the "Taxpayer Bronze Award" from the Changzhou Economic Development Zone. These honors not only recognize the company's achievements over the past year but also serve as motivation for future development.
