Recently, the summary meeting for outstanding student internships jointly organized by Beautiful and Jiangnan University was successfully held. Student mentors from Jiangnan University, 10 intern students, the HR manager of Beautiful, and representatives of mentors from various departments gathered together to review the achievements of the three-month rotational internship. ​

This internship is an important practical component of the deepened collaboration between the university and the enterprise. Ten outstanding students were selected to join Beautiful, where they will rotate through different positions in five core departments. During the internship, the students will immerse themselves in key areas such as production operations and technological R&D, deeply integrating their professional knowledge with hands-on skills. Not only have they become familiar with cutting-edge industry processes, but they have also accumulated valuable practical experience. ​

At the meeting, the intern representatives shared their gains and insights from the rotational assignments, expressing gratitude for the high-quality platform provided by the company and the careful guidance from their mentors. Mentor representatives from various departments highly praised the students' performance, commending their learning ability and sense of responsibility. The HR manager of Beautiful stated that this year marks the second year of the Zhuogong internship program, and in the future, the company will continue to deepen its cooperation with Jiangnan University to build a bridge for the growth of young talents.
