At 3:30 p.m., the lobby on the first floor of the administration building was already filled with laughter. As children signed their names and posed for photos, they carefully scribbled their names with tiny hands, guided by their family members. One little kid stood on tiptoe and exclaimed, "Dad/Mom, it’s so big—and so busy here!" Another asked eagerly, "What fun things are there to play with?"

Armed with their children’s curious minds, they embarked on an in-depth “factory visit”: Exhibition Area There, a product’s application across various brand-name vehicles is showcased. The “solution” shared externally by the marketing team is the result of repeated co-creation between the R&D team and our marketing partners! Unanimously, the children pointed at the car logos, saying, “Look, our brand looks exactly like this!” and “My family’s car has the same one too…”

Interestingly, as soon as they entered the workshop and saw the safety guidelines in action, the children happily shared their own experiences—like how to stay safe in daily life, such as avoiding playing with water or fire, and crossing the street safely. ！

Led by the administrative staff, everyone also visited the company’s “Ecological Garden.” Here, the children got to know various vegetables such as peanuts and sugarcane, while the ripe dates and pomegranates of harvest season seemed even redder as the kids eagerly picked them amid cheerful laughter and chatter.

Returning from the factory to the conference room, the general manager’s welcoming remarks instantly warmed the entire audience: "The Marketing Department’s ability to ‘break the deadlock’ in the market wouldn’t have been possible without the silent support of your families! Of course, team awards were also a must, alongside the individual ones—such as the Finance Team’s Industry-Finance Integration Award, the Mechatronics & Electrical First Electrician Group’s Maintenance Pioneer Award, and the Chain-Supporting Vanguard Award for assisting outsourced production. During the family-sharing segment, the warmth level soared to its peak, perfectly embodying the essence of "co-creating, sharing, and growing together." Family members took the stage—children received badminton rackets, while loved ones were gifted exercise bikes. Meanwhile, marketing partners received massage guns or yoga mats. These lovingly chosen presents ensured that the heartwarming spirit of togetherness continued to spread throughout the "co-creation" gathering.

In addition, the company has established a "Compete for Excellence, Study for Excellence" scholarship program, annually rewarding students who achieve outstanding results in the national college entrance exam.
