——The annual strategic conference of Jiangsu Beautiful has concluded successfully.

The autumn charm of the ancient city is rich and profound—let’s join forces to write a new chapter! From November 21st to 23rd, more than 30 mid- and high-level managers from Jiangsu Beautiful New Materials Co., Ltd. gathered in beautiful Suzhou for a three-day annual strategic meeting, themed "Listing Marks a New Journey, Cultivating Excellence for Growth," and firmly set the course for future development.

​ This conference firmly established two core directions: officially launching the inaugural year of ROE budgeting, using ROE as the central benchmark for strategic implementation and resource allocation to maximize enterprise value through a scientific budgeting system; and clearly defining a talent strategy for cultivating operation-oriented leaders, requiring management to transcend internal management limitations and strengthen their market insight and decision-making innovation capabilities. During the three-day agenda, managers engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as strategic implementation and performance breakthroughs, building consensus across the entire organization.

​ At the end of the meeting, everyone entered the Sun Wu Cultural Park to immerse themselves in the study of "The Art of War." The wisdom contained in the opening chapter, "The Calculations," resonated deeply with all participants and was hailed as the essence of military strategy. Everyone profoundly realized that the cautionary words—“Warfare is a matter of great importance to the state; it concerns life and death, the path to survival or ruin”—perfectly mirrored the competitive market landscape that enterprises face after listing. In response to the core idea—"Those who win before the battle is fought have calculated their strategies thoroughly and thus gained the upper hand"—managers engaged in lively discussions, concluding that the launch of the first year of ROE budgeting represents precisely the “strategic calculation” practice for modern enterprises: by quantifying key indicators such as revenue, profit, and assets, companies can proactively plan resource allocation, just as meticulously assessing the conditions for victory before a battle to firmly establish the foundation for growth.

When interpreting the five elements of "Dao, Tian, Di, Jiang, and Fa," everyone further correlated them with operational practices: "Dao" refers to the business mission that the company adheres to after listing and the shared consensus among all employees; "Tian" represents seizing the opportune moment and favorable trends in industry development; "Di" is the competitive market environment in which the company deeply cultivates its presence; "Jiang" corresponds to the management leaders—emphasized at the meeting—who possess the qualities of wisdom, trustworthiness, benevolence, courage, and strictness; and "Fa" refers to the company's budgeting system and management regulations. This alignment enables management to more clearly recognize that cultivating management-oriented leaders and refining the ROE-based business performance evaluation system are, at their core, about putting into practice the military strategy logic of "achieving victory when all five elements are well-balanced." ​
