Learning through competition strengthens safety!
——Beautiful successfully held its June safety production knowledge competition.
June is National Work Safety Month, and this year’s theme is “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers.” To actively respond to the national call for work safety, strengthen all employees’ sense of safety responsibility, and solidify the company’s safety management foundation, Beautiful’s Human Resources Department recently aligned with the Safety Month theme, integrated it with the company’s actual operations, and organized a company-wide work safety knowledge competition.
This competition focuses on core topics such as workplace safety standards, hazard identification techniques, emergency response procedures, safety management systems, and telecommunications fraud prevention, with question formats that are both practical and highly applicable. By using the competition to drive learning and leveraging learning to guide action, the event moves beyond traditional, one‑dimensional training approaches, effectively helping employees reinforce their safety knowledge and enhance their ability to identify risks and respond to emergencies.
The event received an enthusiastic response from all employees, who actively participated, diligently prepared for the exam, and eagerly engaged in the quiz competition, fostering a strong company-wide culture of learning about safety, prioritizing safety, and adhering to safety standards.
In accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, this competition selected a total of 26 outstanding employees for first-, second-, and third-place awards based on their final scores. The company publicly recognized and presented awards to the winners, setting a benchmark for safety training and motivating all employees to proactively enhance their safety skills.

This competition effectively strengthened safety awareness across the board and consolidated the company’s achievements in safety education and publicity. Moving forward, Beautiful will continue to conduct regular safety education activities, integrate safety principles into daily operations, make every effort to identify and address potential hazards, and build a robust defense for workplace safety.
