This two-day audit was conducted by expert reviewers who applied rigorous, professional standards to carry out a comprehensive, in-depth, and meticulous examination of the company’s business processes and control mechanisms. Through a systematic and thorough “health check,” the audit precisely identified management weaknesses, systematically mapped out and highlighted numerous opportunities for optimization and improvement, and thereby provided clear guidance for advancing the company’s move toward more refined and sophisticated management.
