The research team visited the Beautiful production workshop and R&D center, and the leaders showed great interest in the company's products throughout the visit, providing many valuable opinions and reasonable suggestions.

At the subsequent symposium, General Huang reported in detail to the research team members about the company's development history and future strategic deployment.

The core goal of this "Hundred Academicians Entering Private Enterprises" research activity is to focus on three major directions: integration of industry and education, talent cultivation, and digital transformation. Through school-enterprise cooperation and innovation in the service mechanism of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, it aims to solve the talent bottleneck problem in the high-quality development of private enterprises, while also facilitating the effective connection between vocational education and industrial demand. These measures are intended to promote the development of new quality productivity and provide talent and technological support for the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy.

The meeting discussed how to deepen school-enterprise cooperation, address the structural contradictions between the difficulty of recruitment for enterprises and the difficulty of employment for graduates, and enhance the matching degree between vocational education and industrial demand.
