To celebrate the 114th International Women's Day and further promote the spirit of self-confidence, self-reliance, and innovation among women in the new era, Jiangsu Beautiful New Materials Co., Ltd. organized a themed movie viewing event for all female employees on the afternoon of March 8th. The event, titled "Saluting Her Strength, Pursuing Dreams in the New Era," featured a collective viewing of the excellent Chinese animation "Ne Zha," offering a unique way to extend festival greetings to female employees.

As a sequel in the "Ne Zha" series, "Ne Zha" continues the profound theme of "breaking prejudice and reshaping destiny." Ne Zha's journey of overcoming societal prejudice and staying true to his heart in the film closely resonates with the core values of contemporary female professionals breaking gender barriers and pursuing self-realization. The ups and downs of the plot and the delicate emotional expressions during the viewing triggered strong resonance, with applause and laughter echoing throughout. The festival gift boxes and flowers specially prepared by the company further conveyed the deep care for female colleagues.

"When Ne Zha shouted, 'My destiny is up to me, not the heavens,' I thought of the days and nights I spent tackling technological challenges at work." Jin Xin, an engineer in the R&D department, shared her thoughts. Female employees discussed their career insights in relation to the film's themes. Several technical leaders shared their experiences in overcoming bottlenecks in materials research and development, demonstrating the courage and wisdom of women in science and technology in the new era.
